طبيعة منتجاتنا
جميع منتجات مدخن أطعمة طازجة تُحضّر خصيصاً عند الطلب، وتصل مدة تحضير الخروف المدخن إلى ثماني ساعات على الحطب.
وفقاً لنظام التجارة الإلكترونية السعودي ولائحته التنفيذية، لا يسري حق الإعادة خلال سبعة أيام على الأطعمة سريعة التلف ولا على المنتجات المُعدّة بناءً على طلب العميل. وهذا لا يُخلّ بحقوقك عند وجود خلل في الطلب.
إلغاء الطلب
يمكنك إلغاء طلبك مجاناً واسترداد المبلغ كاملاً حتى ٢٤ ساعة قبل موعد التوصيل المحدد.
بعد مرور هذه المدة يكون التحضير قد بدأ ولا يمكن الإلغاء أو استرداد المبلغ.
إذا وصل الطلب خاطئاً أو غير مطابق
إذا وصلك صنف خاطئ أو ناقص أو غير مطابق لمعايير الجودة، أبلِغنا خلال ٢٤ ساعة من الاستلام مع صور للمنتج ورقم الطلب.
سنقوم باستبدال المنتج أولاً. وإذا تعذر الاستبدال، نرد لك المبلغ كاملاً.
مدة استرداد المبلغ
يُردّ المبلغ إلى نفس وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة، خلال مدة تصل إلى ١٤ يوم عمل حسب إجراءات البنك المُصدر للبطاقة.

The nature of what we sell
Everything Mudakhan sells is fresh food prepared to order. A whole smoked lamb takes up to eight hours over wood.
Under the Saudi E-Commerce Law and its Implementing Regulations, the seven-day right of return does not apply to perishable food or to goods prepared to the customer's order. This does not affect your rights if something is wrong with your order.
Cancelling an order
You may cancel free of charge, with a full refund, up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery slot.
After that point preparation has begun and the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
If your order is wrong or below standard
If an item arrives incorrect, missing, or not to our quality standard, tell us within 24 hours of delivery, with photographs and your order number.
We will replace the item first. Where replacement is not possible, we refund you in full.
Refund timing
Refunds are returned to the original payment method within up to 14 business days, depending on your card issuer.
